I filed a dispute on a seller of virtual goods

It's my first time to encounter a scam. So I went first on this trade. We had 2 transactions. The seller contacted me on Skype and Primeforums. Is there by chance I can win? I sent an email to Paypal and I opened a dispute right after the seller disappeared.
