How to get sellers (bad) information, telephone, address etc

how do i get hold of bad sellers information after the awful 45 day law. if paypal or ebay won't help who do i see for help??

1. Advanced search on ebay > contact member left side of page > fill in details and ebay should send you an email with their tel number..

2. If you funded your paypal payment with a c.c. then contact your c.c. company and see if they will chargback for you.

3. If you do manage to get her addy details report to trading standards.

4. Leave appropriate feedback to warn other buyers, if she gets several then her account could be suspended, you can leave feedback up to 90 days.
