Card expired. Money gone through

So I bought something recently off of Depop using paypal. I paid it went through. It now says the transaction is pending. The seller has messaged me saying her card has expired on her PayPal account. I can’t cancel my payment. What should I do?

Hi Fleur2 and welcome, 

I am sorry to hear that your payment for your item on Depop has not completed for you. If your seller's card has expired it should not affect them receiving your payment. If you do not have the option to cancel the payment I would recommend asking your seller to ensure their email address is confirmed. If it is and your payment is still showing as pending then it may be best to ask them to refund the payment to you so you can send it again once they have resolved any issues on their account.
