Thanks for posting on the Community Forum about this.
When someone sends money to you, they may have the option of filing a buyer complaint case for the payment if they have sent it as one for goods or services.
When this happens, we will request information from both you and the buyer and investigate fully. We may also reverse a payment if it is found to be unauthorised on the part of the payment sender.
