Bought an item it came but been refunded??

Hi i bought an item of ebay paid straight away

the item very fast, im very happy with the item

but the seller refunded me today and messaged

me stating there is a problem with his paypal can i send the payment over again via bank transfer

i have checked my paypal and yes its been refunded

what do i do? is it safe to transfer the money or can he recall the refund?

Sounds as if he is trying to avoid paying paypal fees.

I would say no, if he advertised paypal on his auction then he is not allowed to refuse it.

Offer to pay again via paypal or not at all.

He can't recall a refund.
