Awaiting other party's response

I have 6 chargebacks pending since the seller is unreachable, I escelated all the chargebacks to a claim and Paypal said they had until June 22 to respond. It's not the 24th and all the status' are "Awaiting other party's response," I'm extremelly frustrated and just need the cases to close as the other party will obviously not **bleep** respond

Paypal tend to give 10 days for the seller to respond and if not then they review / refund within 48 hours of that deadline being reached.

So 48 hours past the 22nd date, being today sometime?
