I currently am in talks with the seller and he has agreed to pay me back. I just needed to Open a dispute. So i opened a dispute and said that I want my money back. However he wants me to return the shoes with thru a counter offer (I really am planning to return the shoes). But without me knowing afterwards I couldnt do anything anymore, he made a coutner-offer that I should return the shoes and I clicked agree and reply. Now I am not sure if I am covered with the dispute. Thanks in advance for your replies
