About unknown payment

Hi, my bank account statement has miscellaneous payment from paypal about 60 bucks.

However, I haven't used my debit card these days for that amount of money and even my paypal account summary not has any details about that payment.

How can I get to know about this payment detail and get a refund?

When you pay online and use a card to pay that payment may be 'processed' by the seller via paypal and so show on your statement as paypal but as you did not log into paypal it would not show on your paypal account.

If that was not the case give c.s. a call and see if they can clarify it for you.

Actually I wanted to clarify about the detail and tried to reach CS but they only gave me back the automatic anwers which were not helpful at all.

I have no idea where to make a call.

Do you know CS phone number that I can speak in person?

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top. Log in and get the code.

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent".

In the UK its free from any landline phone.
