canyonwoods- Technically, yes, but it rarely (never) happens because we have to modify our systems to make that work. Not something we like to do if we can help it since modifying one thing in a system as complex as PayPal can cause something else to not work as intended. The easiest solution if you need to refund past 60 days is to either give us a call and we can take care of it for you or just send a personal payment from your PayPal account balance. There would be no fees associated for either one of you that way.
