I am trying to refund item plus return shipping charges but site will only allow me to return item no return shipping chgs

I believe when I did this once you have to go in to send money and refund the shipping charges.  But you may also have to just change the amount you are sending back to customer.  Hope this helps

Thanks but changing monies refunded it would not allow me to do that. Thanks for help
