I receive a refund from Walmart , I check my paypal account and it shows the refund but on the same day it shows a negative for the same amount; since I'm new to this problem, can you help me out with this issue? Why does it shows a negative for the same amount as my refund? Plus the visa card that I use for my Ebay transactions has not yet been re-fund it with the money.
