Hope someone can help me on this. I just sold 2 charms on ebay. My grandmother gave them to me, they are both stamped 14kt on the back. The man who bought them both recieved them and said he loved them, left 5 star positive feed back for me. Well a couple days go by and he sends me an email saying he took them to a jeweler and had them tested, and says they aren't real and wants a full refund. I did say no returnd accepted and i'm almost positive they are real, plus they are stamped. I don't have the $ at the moment to refund him. He said he would open a case on me if i didnt soon. What do i do?? If they are fake i honestly didn't know.
