So I paid for an eBay item with paypal balance & funds from bank. I got refunded the amount that came out of the bank but not the funds that I had in my paypal account.. Bad enough PayPal put a temp hold on MY money but I got shorted in the refund process. The seller refunded my payment due to inventory outage.. I have not called paypal yet because I don't want to deal with some yahoo @ a call center in Istanbul or some other non-English speaking country. Emailing paypal is a huge hassle..
