I find it absurd that when you want to issue a full refund, PayPal charges you .30 cent. Customer bought a $360 item, I transferred 349.26 into my account meaning Paypal got $10.74 for one transaction. Then, the customer wanted to return the item, PayPal took out 349.56 out of my account. Amazon does not charge you refund fee, Ebay gives back full amount when an item is returned. Also, Paypal charged me twice, charged me 349.26 from one back account and over the phone, the rep. asked for my Debit card # so they charge 349.56. I had negative on both account, I was charged twice and not only that I was charged .30cent for a simple refund. If you add it up, for all those people who did a full refund, how much Paypal made. They should get rid of this policy, we loosing money.
