Hi i neeed my money and i bought an order on proactiv and they charged me 19.95 for it on january 19th..This order is still set as pending on paypal and the 24th proactiv charged my account another 19.95 which completed it is the 27 and i still have the 19.95 of january 19 pending i call proactiv they say that paypal is suppose to cancel it they say that they cannot do it.That they cannot do it and that the order i placed on january 19 is not on their records..I call paypal they says that proactiv is the one to cancel.I have been doing this back and forth and i am not waiting til february 17 so that it can go back in automatically.
