I put in a dispute for a non receipt of item. The case was settled and I was refunded. However, yesterday the merchandise was received. How do I send the seller the money now. I went under paypal and send money, but I believe due to the dispute the seller can't receive money any more.. I want to pay for the item now that it has appeared after the dispute has been closed. What can I do?
