Hello Paypal Community, I Sold An Item On Ebay About 6 Weeks Ago. The Item Sold For $546.00 , i didnt have enough money in my account to refund the buyer when the buyer needed a refund so paypal sent an e check to my debit card, i didnt have enough there either, so i contacted paypal 5 weeks ago and they said that they refunded the buyer for me and i need to pay them back, they also said they will automatically take it out of my paypal balance. i have had about 600 dollars sitting in my account for the last 4 weeks, and havent heard from paypal or ebay. How do i find out if i can take this money out and put it back on my card and not here from paypal again? will they send a bill to me? because im aware that i dont owe them anything because if i did wouldnt my paypal balance be negative or something? please help!
