I just got two refunds from a merchant whose products didn't suit me. PayPal deducted their standard payment fees from the refunds.
Since when do I have to pay a fee to get a refund?

joevtoo- Did they send you refunds or did they send you payments? If it was a refund for those transactions, then there would be no fee and the original transaction status' would now read as "Refunded" or "Partially Refunded" depending. If they sent you a payment, then there would be the normal fees associated with that. You can either get in touch with the merchant and complain and refund back to them so they can send an actual refund, or give our customer service a call, explain the situation and we'll see what we can do about the fees. 🙂
