61 Days Later-Need Refund because computer program a trial version-not full version

Hi Everyone,

I bought a computer on ebay and the item said Microsoft Office 2007 Full Version.  I found out 61 days later it was actually a trial version.  Buyer still has items up for sale on ebay. 

I am told by ebay and paypal I may not have any luck. 

Is that true?  I'm out $195 because that's how much the full version costs. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
