You should find details of pre-approved charge in the Payments area of your Setting section on your account. In this section, you will find details of the merchant charging the amount.
These are usually subscriptions or agreed future charges made in the past. If you wish to dispute the charges as unauthorized please visit the Resolution Center on your account.
Here you can report any unauthorized transactions to PayPal and we will investigate this and refund payment once we can confirm this has happened.
