Recurring Payments Failures Nov.16th and Nov. 17th

We have been experiencing a large volume of recurring payments failures due to internal issues.

Profiles due to be billed on the 16th or 17th of November may have been affected as a result.

 

The payments for these recurring profiles will be requeued and processed as a priority.
