signing for package

My question is... i'm woundering if someone has to b home to sign for my package when it arrives?

I know you've marked the thread as resolved, but for the benefit of the Community, I'd like to answer.

Whether or not you have to sign for a package you are receiving depends on two things - whether the seller requested a signature on the shipment, and the rules of the shipping company themselves.  Some will waive signature or leave a note requesting pick up/sign off; if you know your shipping company, give them a call to see what your package will require.
