Why are payments being held for up to 21 days by paypal? When I sell something on ebay, I need that money to ship the item. I do not have money available to ship it otherwise. I am selling stuff because I need money. How am I supposed to ship items when paypal won't release the money?
It sounds to me like they're having serious issues. They're now doing the same thing to me. I'm going to start accepting checks, m.o. like I used. Ever since they outsourced their little business, I've been having problems with them. Sorry for your problems, but glad I'm not alone.
