money from my paypal credit card verified

ok i am verified with the paypal credit card, can someone still send me money for goods and services? and if so how do i retreive the money?

To receive payments, you have to have a verified business or premier account.

When you have the money in the paypal account, you download it to your bank account using the "Witdraw" tab on the main page of the account.
