giving out my paypal email

 I have a buyer for the item i have listed on craigs list.   They have given me the address I need to ship to and she is asking me for my paypal ID.   I am new to selling on line and just being cautiious.  If this is sounds legitimate do i provide them with the email I use to log in?   Thanks for your help.

i had the same exact thing happen.  Yesterday guy gave me his daughters address to ship my laptop to, and said if i gave him my full name and paypal ID he'd put 550.00 in the acct.  I gave it to him, hoping it was pretty useless info, but the money has yet to show up, got me worried too.  I have received a couple of emails from him SINCE saying he was about to deposit, then another one saying he did YESTERDAY.  Not sure what the deal is, but i'm hoping its legit, i mean, if the info i gave him was all he needed, why would he continually update me with emails?  Who knows, hope its cool.....
