I shipped a box to a woman who can't be there to sign for the box. She wants the box sent to a local retail UPS store so she can pick it up there after work. UPS says there is some sort of restriction I placed on the shipment that does not allow her to do that. I have no idea about any restriction because I use paypal shipping and have never seen such a thing.
How do I get the shipping address changed to the UPS store so she can get her box?
