You've Got Money (but Where?)

I received a "You've got money" message this morning.

I went to my pay pal account and there is no transaction.

Went back to "You've got money", and see a "confirm your email address now" link.

When I click on the link, I get the following mwssage--"You have requested an outdated vereion of PayPal".

You changed versions in the one hour since you sent the note? What do I do now? My customer is waiting. Am I in the middle of some kind of scam?

HELP!
