Receiving funds? Help?

So I only use this paypal account strictly for visa giftcards. I recently had bought something and was not happy with my purchase and was refunded.

So here's my problem, The visa giftcard is un reloadable. How do I get the money? Is it just on my paypal? If so how do I use it?

I do the same thing by using VISA giftcards on my account to pay for items. I have PayPal send me a check for the balance if I returned something. Or you could hook up your bank account and get the money transferred into your account that way.
