I have a buyer that I am waiting for payment from. Paypal states that pament is "being processed" on Feb 1, 2011. Yet I have not recieved payment yet. I have an active account, so much so that a debit was taken on Feb 1 for shipping on the
item I am waiting for payment on. HELP!!
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
