Hi there,i've been surfing continuously online searching and finding out why paypal is not accepted in my country,Guyana.When i say no accepted meaning that i can purchase items or send payments but not receive payments from anyone.Is it because of the country's financial status? how can i get paypal to my country inorder to receive payments??please reply paypal staff.
