If someone is going to pay me with a credit card using my Paypal account, is there a place on the site forme to enter their credit card information so the money will be transferred to my account?

Welcome to PayPal.

A buyer can send you money by logging into their PayPal account, clicking on send money, entering your email address that you have registered to your PayPal account.  The buyer then will select there funding method, click send money.

The payment would then go to your PayPal account.  You do not have to enter any of there information, the other party will have the information in there PayPal account already to complete the payment to you.
