The transaction that you have not received into your balance--do you show that you have received the payment, and that it is pending? I would be happy to help you try to figure out where the payment is--I just need to know if you can see the payment in your account.
Hi, yes I can see the payment is completed in my account. It was paid on Jan. 30 in the amount of $ 31.45. Fees were taken out in the amount of $1.21 for a net amount of $ 30.24.
