I have folks trying to send me a donation, but when they enter my email in PayPal, they get an invalid email error message.
They are using the correct email. It is my Primary PayPl email. I am a long time user, and have a verified account. Never had a problem before this.
Same problem sort of. I added an alternate email for payments on a different product, but buyers getting an "invalid email" error message when they want to send cash. That's not good. Email is confirmed in Paypal system. Ideas? Anyone?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
