Credit card on account ONLY(Verified), Can someone pay me trought paypal ?

Hi, i'd like to know ASAP,
I've got my Account linked only with my credit card, (Verified account)
If someone wanna pay me by paypal, can i receive the money; even if my bank account is NOT linked? soo the payment would be in my paypal account and could i just transfer the cash from PAYPAL >to> CREDIT CARD?!?!!
I've wrote to paypal but they didn't awnser.

You can't receive payments unless you have a premier or business account.

The, you may be able to receive payments, but you won't be able to send the money anywhere unless you have the account linked to a bank account.

You can never send a payment to a credit card in any case.
