Can't Accept Payments

To summarize my predicament to you, I have 3 seperate payments of $10 each listed in my most recent transactions. My problem is that when I click accept, it claims I must verify my account with my back account to accept it. I don't want to link the accounts and I've heard from many other people who haven't linked that they can still accept money. What's wrong with my account? If you need to know, I have a Personal account.
