A customer told me that he purchased a product from me, but didn't get a receipt. I didn't get any funds, and my system (Kajabi) didn't create an account for him. When I check the PayPal developer logs it says that a payment was created. That's all. What happened here?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
