2. I can receive webhook with my own test page and webhook.site.
3. Every webhook send is in pending mode, I can receive it, but why its in pending. I have read somewhere pending webhook will keep sending, so I want the webhook status be complete or success.
4. Should I return anything to Paypal when webhook received?
