i use iproyal and when i first did my first payout , iproyal contacted me and said that paypal denied the payout request so i said may be because i did not have a debit card at the time so after i added the card and confirmed it it still denies the payout request three time now and i contacted paypal through messages but no one responded .
and when i though that my country does not support receiving payments but i looked up and found that in egypt i can send and receive money
what is the problem and what should i do ?
