Difficult to advise if you don't say what countries you and the seller are in OR what currency you are trying to send.
I'm the seller there's an error while I'm testing it showing "seller does not accept your currency" even I checked everything in PayPal account.
currency is USD.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
