ipn not working on sandbox

There is a problem while setting the ipn.
It worked fine in the ipn simulator.
The payment requested by sandbox did not come with an ipn. There is nothing in ipn history either.

Any help would be greatly appreciate.

Many times you encounter a lot of problems that PayPal IPN (Notify URL) is not working for the sandbox account. To solve this problem you need to edit the Instant Payment Notification setting in your sandbox account.
