I had followed https://github.com/paypal/tls-update#php and perform checked TLSv1.2 for my server, but https://tlstest.paypal.com not working.

So, how to I can check my system can use the TLSv1.2 protocol?

Thanks,

FWIW, it appears that you are not the only one:

https://github.com/paypal/TLS-update/issues/51

As I noted there, it appears that there are currently not any DNS records for the tlstest.paypal.com (sub)domain.

This reports it's down too:

How come that this link http://tlstest.paypal.com/  is still dead after 2 months!!

Official TLS upgrade guide has it https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/tls-http-upgrade?CampaignName=VanityURL-tls

and many scripts on GitHub relay on this link!

Please resolve this issue or modify the way we need to use to test our servers/software with PayPal.

This is pretty bad.  8 month later, the hostname does not yet resolve:

$ nslookup tlstest.paypal.com
Server: 192.168.87.1
Address: 192.168.87.1#53

** server can't find tlstest.paypal.com: NXDOMAIN

$

I've seen a lot in my life, but this is the first example of ridiculously long issue fixing. I would not be so upset, if it was not the TLSv1.2 requirement from PCI. This is very important, yet nobody seems to have looked at it.

It's time to migrate to Stripe.
