how to download the files attachment of documents in dispute's message.

i am trying to download the files attachment of documents in dispute's message using api (has jwt token) but return error NOT_AUTHORIZED PERMISSION_DENIED. Thanks for all the support.

While performing API calls on behalf of other PayPal account, please make sure to on-board that particular seller/merchant account and the seller can then grant you API permission to process payments on their behalf.

If your still facing the issue, please create a MTS ticket via - https://www.paypal-support.com/s/?language=en_US with detailed error information.

Thanks for your help, but maybe you're misunderstanding what I mean. Currently I got the details of the dispute at "https://api-m.paypal.com/v1/customer/disputes/{id}" in which there is a message section containing the attached document links like " https://api-m.paypal.com/v2/content/documents/DIS-010-4c465d94-241c-4e1f-b384-9de78f7200bb/files/1/d..." how can i use API to get this file your server?
