my web hook works in sandbox, but not in live.

My payments buttons work, money is exchanged, emails sent, etc.

But my web service does not get a notification in live mode, but gets messages in sandbox mode.

I will pay you to assist me to get this working.

Thank you for posting to the PayPal community.

I would suggest to please cross check your LIVE webhook listener URL and LIVE REST API App.

To receive Webhook Events for all PayPal product services, please follow the below steps via your developer portal and makes sure your subscribed to all Webhook event names for your LIVE REST App.

Login to https://developer.paypal.com/developer/applications >> select the respective LIVE REST APP through which Webhook is enabled >> scroll down "LIVE WEBHOOKS" >> Event types >> select "All events". 

If you have already selected "All events ", please process a test payment in LIVE environment and you should be able to receive the webhook.

If your still facing any issues, please create a MTS ticket via -  https://www.paypal-support.com/s/?language=en_US with the detail information and error details.

thank you so much for your feedback.  

I'd love to submit error details, but there are none.  the web service works great in sandbox and gets nothing in live.

As much as I love creating tickets and spending hours with tech support at  https://www.paypal-support.com/s/?language=en_US

I would much rather pass some green between me and someone that can Skype into me, share the screens and help me find the magic bullet that is killing my PayPal transactions.
