change the transition detail

Good morning,

We have a prestashop e-commerce that uses paypal as a payment method.
We need to change the transaction detail item in the paypal account statement when a customer places an order.

We have as transaction detail the entire cart purchased by the customer.

Instead, we want a generic voice chosen by us.
