billing agreeement and webhook

I am working on a subscription service.

I am trying to implement Paypal billing plan and billing agrrement into my service.

I am considering the "service expiry date" and the change of billing-agreement affecting current subscription.

May I know will there be a webhook notification every time when the customer is billed according to the billing agreement?

If so, is the "event_type" to be "PAYMENT.SALE.COMPLETED" or what?
