There doesn't seem to be way to do this. We use the PayOuts API and need to be able to tell the exact cost in USD -> GBP before we make the transaction. Anybody? There has to be a way to do this.
Where does PayPal obtain currency conversion rates and how ofter are they updated?
Thanks. I found both of these but the problem remains which is that you can only get the used currency conversion rate after your have done Payout. I need to know it before I do the transaction.
