When someone try to pay me via my paypal email id they get error

Hello Paypal Support !

when someone try to pay me via my registered paypal email id they get this error:

 

"i can accpet a paypal payments only through my website."

 
Please solve this matter or guide me to resolve this issue. Also i have recently completed my KYC.

I forgot to mention that my paypal account is from INDIA country.
