What webhooks to use in order to track payment events for Billing Agreements?

Hey there!

I use PayPal REST API for Billing Agreements. It's pretty convenient, but I don't see any webhooks related to payment events in an appropriate section:

Is it possible to capture such an events as payment completed / denied / failed via webhooks for Billing Agreements?
