I'm helping someone with a PayPal Business account to setup IPN notifications. He has added me as a user.
The documentation on IPN says it can be setup under Settings > Profile > Notifications
I do not have a notifications section in my settings page when logged in under his account. What permissions does he need to grant me so that I can setup IPN notifications?
