What is the correct IPN URL, May 2018

So, there have been changes to PayPal's IPN rules this month. I am currently setting up my first IPN listener, and I've had some difficulties. Can the community please confirm that I have the correct information?

These seem to be the most recent URLs, but in my IPN Similator testing, they both fail.

https://ipnpb.sandbox.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr

https://ipnpb.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr

These URLs complete the handshake, but both return INVALID, even though the POST and returned code compares exactly (plus the 21 "cmd" characters):
https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr

https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr

Which URL should I use in the IPN?

I've meant to reply to this for months now. Life is just too busy.

I have been using the old URL (https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr).

It's been working just fine.
